FAQ

Are you an ICF-certified coach?
I am a relationship coach whose authority is built on lived experience as a mother and community facilitator, not a formal federation certificate. My work runs on practical frameworks I've developed and tested — The Man and His Voice, The Jam — not a credential wall.

Where can I see client results or testimonials?
Right now, the best way to evaluate my approach is directly — through The Man and His Voice or a Jam session — rather than through secondhand accounts.

What exactly is The Jam?
The Jam is a live, guided conversation space I facilitate as a GoBrunch brand partner. We use music-paired prompts to shape the mood and meaning of a discussion, so people rediscover their voice in a community setting rather than a sterile seminar room.

How is this different from therapy?
I don't provide clinical diagnoses or long-term psychological processing. I provide directive coaching for people who need tactical tools to stop the cycle and start building shared agreements within their families.

Who is this NOT for?
This isn't for anyone looking for a passive listening ear. If you're not ready to have the actual conversation — out loud, this week — this isn't the right fit.

Do you work with men or just women?
I work with women, men, and couples. The Man and His Voice is one framework inside that work — built specifically to help partners and parents understand the developmental patterns behind how men communicate, from boyhood to adulthood. It's a tool inside a broader practice, not a men-only service.
